David C. Highmore - President and Chief Executive Officer
David Highmore carries an impressive background of over 24 years of management experience in business development, financial administration, operations and human resources. Working as vice president of sales and marketing and later president of an automotive solutions company, Mr. Highmore has also acted as consultant for a technology company specializing in wireless, mobile technologies. Prior to his work in the automotive industry, Mr. Highmore led the merger of his own company with that of a major brokerage and continued on to guide the company as vice president and general manager. Mr. Highmore has also held the position of director of sales for an international pharmaceutical company

Wendy Northrup - Executive Vice President and Director
With over 20 years of management experience in sales and marketing, financial administration, human resources and operations, Wendy Northrup has an extensive knowledge of the automotive and insurance industries. She has worked as director of sales and operations with an automotive solutions provider and general manager of an auto auction company.
