The Auto Centrix Tesla service center is here to help customers not only fix their Tesla's quicker, but we also typically are able to save our customers money on these repairs versus what you might pay at an OEM Tesla service center. Why do Tesla owners choose to use our Tesla Service center versus an OEM service center?
1.) You can stop by in person without having an appointment (versus walk-in's are not possible at the OEM service center)
2.) You can call our dedicated service center phone number directly and speak to one of our service center employees (versus trying to call into the OEM service center is near impossible, even after being routed through the corporate office in California)
3.) We typically have service appointments available same-day, or within 24 hours if not available same-day (Current average time for available appointment dates with the OEM service center is 2+ weeks out, best case. We've seen some appointments that have been 45+ days out)
4.) We accept and work with all 3rd party vehicle service contract companies aka VSC companies. We provide all of our customers with a Hassle-free and Stress-free (The OEM service center will tell you that they don't work with service contract companies, and oftentimes make it very difficult for the customer to have their repairs paid for by a service contract provider. Most of the time, the customer ends up having to pay for it out of pocket and then have to go through the hassle of trying to be reimbursed by the service contract company)
