It sometimes feels like it's impossible to speak to an actual person when attempting to contact Tesla.)

We typically have service appointments available same-day, or within 24 hours if not available same-day (Current average wait time for available appointment dates with the OEM service center can be as much as 3+ weeks out for normal repairs and 3+ months out for any body shop or collision repairs. We've also seen some appointments that have been booked for weeks get rescheduled last minute and without any notice or heads-up.)
4.) We sell, accept, and work with all 3rd party extended warranty/vehicle service contract companies (aka VSC companies) as well as Insurance companies. We provide all of our customers with a Hassle-free and Stress-free Tesla repair experience. (The OEM service center oftentimes will tell you that they don't work with extended warranty/service contract companies, and sometimes can make it very difficult for the customer to have their repairs paid for by a service contract provider. Most of the time, it seems that the customer ends up having to pay for it out of their pocket and then has to go through the hassle of trying to get reimbursed by the extended warranty/service contract company later on)
